A White Rhone   A white Lirac Cru Blanc, Rhone, Lirac is a Cru Rhone Valley Appellation   Grapes: Roussanne and Viognier Cuvée D'Schlànga Wine obtained from Roussanne and Viognier from a plot surrounded by trees located in the terroir of Tras le Puy in Roquemaure (sables and safres). The grapes were picked by hand in small crates and slowly pressed in whole bunches. Fermentation and storage on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Wine without fining or filtration and to which a little sulfur was added for bottling and storage (total sulfite: 0.03g/L).
