The Domaine Geantet Pansiot was founded by Edmond Geantet in 1954. Like all the great Domains of Burgundy, Domain Geantet Pansiot respects the vines and the terroir. The Gevrey-Chambertin ler cru Le poissenot is made from 100% pinot noir. The wine has an intense, balanced and juicy tannins. The finish is long, fresh, with hints of spice, freshly plowed earth and oak. Wine goes with meat dishes, red and white meats, game.
