Grapes: 100 % Grillo, Estate grown by the Fina Family Winery, Bruno Fina Winemaker. OrganicVineyards:  Near the coast facing the island of Mozia. Kebrilla: comes from the adjective 'brilliant', it refers to the brilliant hues of the wine Grillo: ("Gree-low") On the palate, expect fresh, peach or passion fruit notes similar to what you might find in Sauvignon Blanc. Still, the wines have a rich body and mouth-filling texture, 25% in oak and 75% in stainless steel.
