CREATION Maceration of the lemon peel (fine zest only) averages 30-40 days to ensure optimal extraction of the lemon oils and flavor. Very careful attention made to avoid the white bitter pith layer or juice from the lemon. NATURAL COLOR Bright, cheerful yellow that exudes freshness and energy. No artificial colors are added.
