Towel Topper - Holiday Hat Template

This fun Template was designed to create a simple, quick and festive Towel Topper - perfect for the holidays! Don't limit yourself just to Christmas when making these. Think about color and fabric choices; it would be perfect for St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day and such.... This can be made just like my Tab Top Towel Topper.  Or you can add a strip of fabric at the base as trim for the hat. Finish off with button, Velcro or even a snap.
