Wagyu Skirt Steak

Bold and beefy, our Wagyu skirt steak is perfect for tacos, stir-fries, or slicing up for steak salads. It cooks quickly and stays tender thanks to the rich marbling. Each steak is approximately 12-16 oz. In-store Wagyu beef sales are limited to our Osgood store location during specific summer holidays. Please call ahead or choose to buy online/pick up in store to ensure availability for local pickup. Online orders and delivery are available year-round. USDA certified and inspected, our beef is fresh, made with minimal ingredients, and contains no added hormones.
