Waxed Canvas Knife Roll #125

- PROTOTYPE - - FINAL SALE - This was an early prototype for a run of custom knife rolls we made in collaboration with Denver-based chef and restauranteur Jeff Osaka. Sized to carry a full set of kitchen knifes and accessories, the Knife Roll features slots for longer tools along with a full sized zipper pocket to keep smaller accessories secure. Detailed with pen slots and a slot sized for business cards on one inner panel. Folds up for compact carrying; unrolls for easy access at home or on the job.  Made from 20oz waxed cotton canvas and stitched with heavy gauge nylon thread. Adjustable leather straps secure with a brass buckle for convenient transport.
