We begin each session with a beautiful WAHARIQUY (invocation blessing) for everyone in the Zoom and our Q'ero Elders will speak their beautiful wisdom on the subject of the month with the help of Elizabeth and direct Quechua to English translation by Fredy. We will have a few minutes for questions, then end with a beautiful embodiment practice led by Rochelle Schieck.
