It's the practice of doing your meditation to ensure that the request you are making to the Nature Beings is made without greed, appropriate to what you can handle receiving, and what you can give back to your community. This is required of all Paqos making offerings (called despachos in Spanish) to deepen and ensure the righteousness of our personal ayni relationship with Nature.

We begin each session with a beautiful WAHARIQUY (invocation blessing) for everyone in the Zoom and our Q'ero Elders will speak their beautiful wisdom on the subject of the month with the help of Elizabeth and direct Quechua to English translation by Fredy.
