It will sit loosely on the forearm and will require a little tension from the user's thumb to remain on.ASSEMBLY:To assemble the top and bottom, the file is designed to use threaded inserts on the bottom and M3 hardware to screw the two pieces together. I have linked Amazon listings for the parts that will work in the .txt doc.
