Each End Grain cutting board is made from 3/4'' square blocks of wood and are one inch thick. The end grain of the wood is harder and more durable than the side grain boards, making them last longer and with less visible knife marks. Dimensions: 9 x 9 x 1 inches Care: hand wash with warm soapy water & air dry completely To disinfect: wipe with vinegar or lemon juice and let stand 1 minute before rinsing.
