HERSHEY'S FOLLOW UP VISIT

  Hershey was diagnosed with a loud heart murmur and heart disease a few years ago after a heart attack.  He currently needs a follow up visit that includes blood test, xrays, and an exam to determine if he is on the correct dosage of medication.  The medication he currently takes can damage kidneys, so we must determine if he is doing OK on his current dosage. He will be seen at VCA Hospital.  His estimate is $1200.00. Any donations towards his visit is appreciated.
