  Enjoy a cup of this refreshing and lemony tea for clearing heat from the body* This tea is also great made as a sun tea for iced tea with a little lemon and honey. Ingredients: Organic Hibiscus flowers, organic lemon balm, organic peppermint, organic lemon verbena.  1.25 oz and makes about 30 cups of tea.  Directions for Use:  In a teapot or tea infuser add 2 tablespoons of mix. Pour 8 ounces almost boiling water over the mix and let steep 5-15 minutes. This tea is also one you can refresh with a little more tea and a rebrew.  For Sun Tea: Place 3-4 tablespoons of tea into a quart jar and let steep in the sun for 3-6 hours.  Strain, add sweetener if you'd like, and sip over ice.  *These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
