This coffee has an incredible flavor profile and aroma with a sweet and nutty finish.  Colombia Supremo from El Camino Real - Supremo represents a sorting of the largest beans (17/18). This fully washed and sun-dried lot is sourced from the Camino Real region. Typica, Caturra, & Castillo Variety. Cupping notes include: Bakers Chocolate, Black Walnut, Lemon, Stone Fruit. Brazil from the Varginha Region - The lower altitude of this strictly soft fine cup (SSFC) matures quickly. Its sweet and chocolate notes make it great for a drip or espresso blend.
