Working with small farm owners organized into local cooperatives, we bring you a bright, well-balanced bean that is served ideally dark, but will also be complemented by sugar and/or cream.  There is much to say about the beauty of Kenya - its people and its abundantly diverse wildlife, as well as the terrain they all inhabit. From grassy plains to snow-capped mountains to lush green jungles, Kenya has it all - providing the perfect atmosphere and soil to grow what many consider some of the world's best coffees! What also sets Kenya's coffee aside is their coffee bean washing process, which involves removing the skin (called pulping), and then fermenting the beans for 12 to 24 hours.
