Each sip reveals layers of brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, and milk chocolate, with a hint of citrus that adds a lively finish. This coffee represents a collaboration between the local farmers and Unitrade Coffee, a dedicated export company in Huehuetenango. Many of the producers cultivate coffee on just two acres of land, intercropping with corn and beans for personal use. Unitrade not only processes the coffee centrally but also supports local families through t
