Wolf Brigade is in the empowerment business. We accomplish our goals through mindfulness and hard work, both in constructing intelligent, well-rounded physical training programs, and actually paying attention to how people succeed and fail inside and out of them. We help make the adjustments needed to the mind as well as the body. While Wolf Brigade IS a gym, we aren’t simply in the “fitness business”. The term, to many, rightfully conjures up: images of self-important charlatans and know-nothing “personal trainers” that look good in a T-shirt but aren’t good for much else. The “fitness industry” produces endless cycles of misinformation: fads, diets, guesswork, and ultimately, stagnation. The fitness industry is more often than not a confidence trick engineered to take your money in trade for glimmers of hope, while keeping you coming back for more of the same, and giving you just enough rope to hang yourself… Wolf Brigade is in the empowerment business.
