Annual Veterans Day Beer Dinner

Event: Annual Veterans Day Beer Dinner in the Hickory Room Date: November 18th, 6:30-8:30pm (first course served at 6:45, please arrive to be seated by 6:30 at the latest!) Tickets: $80/seat includes 4-course meal, tax, gratuity and non-profit donation. Refund Policy: Tickets can be fully refunded only 72 hours prior to the event date.  Our Annual Veterans Day Dinner is very near and dear to Executive Chef and Veteran, Kris Ludwig. This 4-course meal is inspired by his time surviving on MREs (or "Meal, Ready-to-Eat" to the civilians out there) while serving in the Marines in the early 90’s. 20% of proceeds from each ticket will be donated to 3rd and Goal Foundation, which builds affordable housing for injured Veterans. -The Menu- Course 1: Beer Cheese Whiz and House-Made Crackers Course 2: Baby Florentine Cauliflower, Oyster Mushroom Fricassee, and Cauliflower Sabayon  Course 3: Hop-Brined Chicken Roulade with Risotto Course 4: Chocolate Covered Brownie with Baltic Porter
