Style: Farmhouse Sour Dry-Hopped with Whole Cone Ekuanot ABV: 6.8% Description: Terre du Sauvage is our series of farmhouse sours that ferment and age in oak barrels. Each color represents a unique recipe and blend of barrels; aged for months until ready. Green is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye then fermented with a blend of saison yeast, brettanomyces and lactobacillus. Post fermentation we dry hopped it with whole cone Ekuanot hops.  The hops impart exceptionally juicy orchard fruit notes of pear, apple and peach. Size: 750ml
