Oral PH Strips

Testing your oral pH is a great, practical tool to know more about the state of your oral health.  Our pH paper measures in increments of .2 and comes with a color chart to more easily and accurately keep track of the acidity of your saliva. There is 15 feet of test strip included. Instructions: When you wake up in the morning, before eating, drinking, or brushing, spit into a cup. Dip a short strip of pH paper into your saliva in the cup and compare the color to the outside of the packaging. Ideal oral pH is 7.1
