Lockset Plate Jigs - Select Size

Our heavy duty Lockset Plate Jigs are the fastest, easiest and most accurate way to rout a lockset plate mortise. Our Template guide uses a bearing guided bit (our 8500 or 8505 - sold separately), or a 5/8" bushing & 1/2" bit combination (5030K & 15407 - sold separately), to follow the jig for a perfect mortise. Jig attaches to a 3/4" wood fence you supply with the included hardware. Two screw-in indexing pins center the mortise on both 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thick doors, but the wood fence you supply can be adjusted for any position. Fastest, easiest, least expensive and most accurate way to cut a lockset plate mortise. Clamps to work so there's no nail holes or other unsightly blemishes! Made of 3/8" phenolic for heavy duty use, measures 5-5/8" x 7-5/8". Several models to choose from. 📎 Product Documentation
