Claro Walnut Side Table with Multi-Blue River

Claro walnut from California is one of the most desirable walnut species in furniture and case goods due to it's rich medium brown tones and extensive burl, marbled and curly grain patterns. This slab features highly figured burl and is richly textured visually.  We chose a Maui metallic pigment to compliment the rich browns, making this feel quite "Kenai River" in appearance - epic mountains and dense forests flanking a mineral-rich river.  This side table has a matching coffee table as well.  To finish this table, we used Osmo Polyx-Oil in a satin finish. Osmo creates some of the world's best solid wood finishes which finish non-toxic and are eco-friendly.
