WINEMAKER'S NOTES: The 2021 Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir is a refreshing and elegant vintage. It's made from 100% estate-grown grapes and has a silky texture that's perfect for pairing with poultry or duck confit. The nose offers rose petals, wild strawberry, strawberry candy, confectionary, Italian fine leather, and hibiscus. On the palate, it's maraschino cherry sweet with a light body and lifted tannins. It finishes with a lovely blueberry compote and velvety texture that lingers long after the last sip. TASTING NOTES: A supple texture shapes abundant black and red fruit in this well-concentrated, polished and composed wine. A full body and suede-textured tannins give it a nice heft on the palate.
