WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 'Tropical fruit aromas, light bodied, crisp refreshing finish' A blend of select Cayuga and Riesling wine grapes that are carefully hand picked and pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then fermented a second time in a closed tank [the cuve close method]. The wine is then filtered, and bottled with a dosage of 1.5% residual sugar.
