Bosman Family Vineyards Pinot Noir 2022

This Pinot Noir from the coastal Upper Hemel-en-Aarde (Afrikaans for 'Heaven on Earth') embraces the effects of cool maritime slopes of the Babylonstoren mountains. The Bosman vineyards are planted between indigenous fynbos fields proximate to the Atlantic Ocean. Bright palette of fresh berries, slight earthiness, with subtle spice and smoke. Aged for 10 months in 20% new French Burgundian oak. Delicious on its own, but also pairs well with carpaccio, salads, and meals with grilled meat and game.
