Summer Pure Linen Lace Top

This is an easy lace pattern with a draped neck style and cap sleeves.  There's nothing like linen.  It flows so beautifully as this fiber has been around for centuries.  Wear it with a tank top underneath and summer will never be too hot.  Other yarns could also be used such as cotton, but just make sure you get the gauge as described.   MATERIALS: Rowan Pure Linen - sample knitted in color #397 4 (5, 6) balls needed. US #9 needles (5.5mm) FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 38” - 40”, (40-44, 44-48) Each pattern stitch repeat, 10 stitches equals 2 inches. There is a lot of give in this piece. The size you choose should include how loosely you wish it to fit. It can hang loose, by knitting a larger size, or form fitting with a smaller size.
