Local Eureka Montana Coopworth Handspun Yarn, Old Man’s Beard dyed

100% Eureka Montana raised Coopworth Wool Handspun Yarn. This stuff is fluffy and squishy! A bit on the coarser side these yarns would be suited to outer wear, I envision a well wearing cardigan, or sturdy mittens or slippers. This yarn is a deeper burnt orange and has a slight halo and variation throughout. One small skein available - 135 yards/ 4 oz. I do also have some other Coopworth that I've dyed and pairs well with this available in the shop. This yarn is a heavy worsted/light aran weight.  This being from a local Eureka rancher, this fiber was all completely processed by hand, from skirting to washing, dyeing and carding, all before spinning it up.  A true by hand yarn.  The lichen used to dye this yarn was sustainably harvested, from wind fallen lichens & downed trees, by myself and close family & friends.
