Hand dyed, fingering/sock weight yarn with a mixture of blues, green, gray, and red set on a 70% Superwash Merino Wool/30% Nylon yarn that's perfect for socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, and shawls. Often referred to as the “Angels in Blue”, nurses really are a central part of healthcare.  Nurses are there for the patient 24/7.  Not only are we nurses (yes, I am also an RN), but we are teachers, supporters, and advocates for our patients. The Strength and Dedication colorway was inspired by not only the colors we wear, but also the characteristics nurses possess that enable us to do the work that we do. In this colorway, we have a dark navy, medium blue, bright aqua, and spearmint to represent the various shades of blue that nurses wear.  There is also a light red speckled on, representing the compassion and empathy we have for our patients.
