In crafting our sea salt dark chocolate artisan caramels, we start by blending premium ingredients in small batches, creating a smooth, rich honey caramel. We then enrobe each hand-cut caramel with premium 52% Cacao Dark Chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Dark Chocolate ([sugar, unsweetened chocolate processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, milk fat {butter}], sunflower/soy lecithin and vanilla), Heavy Cream (cream [milk]), Whole Milk, Invert Sugar Syrup, Honey, Butter (cream [milk]), Salt, Sea Salt.
