Developmental Editing Developmental editing services look at the overall flow of the story. This service focuses on character development, plot structure, pacing, etc. It does not look at individual lines or the quality of writing on a technical level. Notes will be given in the form of an edit letter. No in-document comments included. Pricing Developmental Editing:  0 - 5,000 words = $25.00 5,000 - 10,000 words = $45.00 10,000 - 15,000 words = $65.00 Add $20 for every 5,000 words beyond this Scheduling Please contact Write On before purchasing a package to check availability and to allow us to calculate the price for you. Delivery dates are based on word count and schedule. Our goal for delivery is 1 week for every 10,000 words if discussing developmental editing or proofreading and 2 weeks for every 10,000 words if discussing line editing.
