Kelly received an MFA from the Michener Center for Writers at UT Austin and is editor-in-chief of The Commuter, Electric Literature's weekly literary magazine featuring flash, poetry, and graphic narrative. Kelly is also a former fellow at Harvard’s Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study.
