Instructor Sage Tyrtle is a Moth GrandSLAM winner, and their work is available in New Delta Review, The Offing, Lunch Ticket, and Apex. She is the author of the novella The King of Elkport. Her words have been featured on NPR, CBC, and PBS and have been taught in schools. She's been nominated for Pushcart and Best American Short Stories. Sage has taught storytelling and writing workshops since 2010, including workshops at York University and Toronto Storytelling Festival, in India, Chicago, and Nova Scotia. Everyone has a true story, but not every story is the right one to tell—at least, not yet. Maybe you have too many ideas and don’t know which one to choose.
