New York Publishing Workshop 2026 Our 2026 Instructors are Mark Owen Gottlieb (fiction), Senior Vice President of Trident Media Group; Kevin Reilly (nonfiction), an Associate Acquisitions Editor at St. Martin's Publishing Group; and novelist Christine Pride (fiction), who held editorial posts at Doubleday, Broadway, Crown, Hyperion, and Simon and Schuster.  Merging the vibrant energy of New York City with the unparalleled expertise of industry professionals, our publishing retreat is set to be an intensive three days of workshops, craft seminars, one-on-one sessions, and illuminating discussions on both craft and business aspects of writing.
