Sold in three forms: 16 oz steaks and 16 oz "toro" bellies, and (occasionally) 8 oz packs of short cuts, vacuum-packed and super-frozen Market price for fish will vary from batch to batch. So will the relative value of steaks and bellies. Note: this is all-natural, un-treated tuna, so it must be consumed within two weeks for peak quality.
