Whole Red Snapper

Red snapper is a beautiful fish with its rosy color and shimmering scales. They swim in waters all over the world. Ours are caught in the Gulf of Mexico.   These stunning snapper are the perfect size for 1-2 people. Their white flesh has a nutty flavor with a subtle brine, and the vibrant color will make them an alluring centerpiece for your dinner table. Grill or broil these fish, or steam them in a foil pack with soy sauce and aromatics like garlic and scallions. The succulent meat will pull easily away from the bone to serve.  Sold 1 whole fish per pack, 16-24 oz. approximately, vacuum-packed and super-frozen.
