The tea was roasted three times on charcoal in 2017, followed by a final light roast in February 2018. Afterward, it was sealed and rested for over two years, allowing the flavour to integrate and mellow naturally. Through patient aging, the heavy roast has softened into a silken, elegant liquor with no overt charcoal tone.
