We know you'll love these Irish-inspired banger sausages by Nodine's Smokehouse of Connecticut. A "banger" is an uncooked sausage made with pork and cracker meal (4%). A traditional British sausage, a favorite with mashed potatoes and peas. Mild yet flavorful, with a blend of sage, white pepper, mace, and ginger. One pound package, approximately 10-12 links per package. No Nitrites or Nitrates.
