This is a modern commercial version undershirt.  The color and style of this garment is an economical facsimile to undershirts worn by marines during the mid to later periods of WWII. It is made from soft preshrunk knitted 100% cotton lightweight material. This item was commonly worn with the Marine Olive Green Cotton Drawers (skivvies) as military undergarments.
