This healing blend of 14 oils contains plants with lymphagogue properties. They stimulate the flow of lymph to help when you feel congested, sluggish and stuck. It can help reduce swelling and discomfort.  Suggested use: massage on to skin in replace of lotion, especially to the neck , chest and arms. Use after bathing once or twice a day. It is in a base of organic olive oil and organic jojoba so can be used directly, without dilution. If you are sensitive, you may like to dilute it even further with more carrier oil. Not for use in a diffuser since it has carrier oil. Cautions:Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light. For external use only, do not ingest.
