What it is: Our ‘Not so basic’ liners are made to perform in any situation. Line, fill, shape, define and lock in your lip color with one of our many shades to create a beautiful pout. These liners are semi matte and last long without feathering or bleeding. Pro Tip: For a matte look fill in your entire lip with the liner. Wear alone or add any Heidi D lipgloss or lipstick on top of the fully filled lip for extra boldness and staying power.
