VINTAGE 1961 CHILDREN'S PAPERBACK, "THE HOW AND WHY WONDER BOOK OF HORSES"

this thin, illustrated book is part of a nonfiction vintage series. it is so pretty! you look at it and immediately see that it's a special, vintage book. it was well-researched and vetted. its table of contents shows all the topics covered. it is detailed and interesting. the book is surprisingly collectible, because it's so well-done and part of the well-respected series. many other versions are available for sale, but far fewer of this original 1961 version. the book is in very good condition, especially for a paperback, large book. the one real issue is that the inside pages are loose from the spine (see the photos). i did not want to re-staple it and risk damaging any vintage condition. the pages are all still connected together and nothing is missing. it would look adorable framed for a wild west nursery or little cowgirl/cowboy's room. you could also frame individual pages for beautiful wall decor. homeschoolers might enjoy comparing information in the 1961 book to current facts
