DAY 2- "Heavens"

MATERIALS AND PROCESS This abstract piece is a personal exploration of the heavens, crafted with love and meticulous attention over several weeks. It features multiple layers of resin, each carefully painted and infused with mica, and gold pigments, over a base of gold leaf. Delicate gold threads of light, created from pigments, oil paint, and acrylic paint, are painted on separate layers to give the dimensions and a 3D ethereal effect of clouds. The result is a super warm and inviting artwork that captures the essence of the heavens. Measuring 38x38 inches, the painting is created on a high-quality birch wood panel, and comes custom framed and ready to hang. MEANING: Art has this beautiful way of telling us that we matter.
