Wild Game Summer Sausages/Meat

 Our Summer Sausage is slightly smoky and mildly spicy and tastes delicious on crackers or in sandwiches. Try adding it to omelets or pasta dishes to add a savory flavor. All of our sausage has the following ingredients: water, salt, corn syrup solids, dextrose, spices, flavorings, mustard, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, and sodium nitrite. Each one also contains the advertised meat and 3% domestic animal per FDA requirements.
