With this selection, you'll receive about 195-210 pounds of beef including approximately 30 lbs of premium steaks; 30 lbs of roasts; 30 lbs of other value cuts; and approximately 100 lbs of Ground Beef. Estimated final cost of a half beef is between $2,193-$2,363. This amounts to $11.25/lb of TAKE-HOME beef, or roughly $5.34/lb hanging weight (processing costs included).
