With this selection, you'll receive about 195-210 pounds of dry-aged Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 30 lbs of premium steaks; 30 lbs of roasts; 30 lbs of other value cuts; and approximately 100 lbs of Ground Beef.
