RESERVED With the Northern Lights at Her Throat

I love elaborate vintage costume jewelry, particularly the sort with foil-backed rhinestones, and every so often I get the urge to do something vaguely inspired by those designs. I had a handful of slightly distressed rhinestones at my disposal, so I strung them all together into a chain of sorts, and then wrapped the whole thing in dramatic flourishes of silver wire.  Like all my necklaces, it’s not a specific size yet; you tell me how long you want it to be and I’ll make it happen. I’d recommend wearing this as a choker, although if you prefer looser necklaces we can definitely talk about having it shaped to more of a v that could sit lower on your collarbones.
