Honduras Jorge Lanza

This washed Parianema from Honduras is popping with complex acidity! We find layered red fruit acidity with tons of juice and a sweet finish. This is a prime example of a well processed clean Honduran coffee! When hot, we find a sweet and balanced tropical cup and when cooled the acidity becomes well structured and there's a nice clean and herbal finish.  We've really been enjoying this brewed as pour-over and pulling faster shots!
