This Secret Stash release is an incredible naturally processed Gesha from Inmaculada roasted by Bean & Bean. This is such a sweet and layered coffee bursting with citrus acidity, sweet florals (i taste vanilla!), and very complex acidity. When cooled, the cup reminds of sipping on blackberry juice and the florality becomes even stronger. I also get a crisp grape and apple acidity that peeks through the layered processing. This is such a great example of intensity and complexity from the natural process. You can push this coffee a bit harder by adjusting grind down to 55-56 for a more intense acidity presentation.
