Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 45days. Best from 60days to 70days post roast. Tanzania terroir lot Tanzania is full of hidden gems. Similar to those African coffees from Kenya, Burundi and Rwanda, Tanzania is mainly producing Bourbon variety (including mutations) and it’s renowned for brightness with some unique exotic flavors. This “AA” grade lot reminds us of some Kenya coffees with its brightness while there are some unique spicy flavors.
