Julian Calderón Geisha

This is one of the most floral forward and sweet washed Geishas we've ever tasted! In the cup we find white florals tied to a crisp citrus acidity with a longer and sweet finish reminding us of honey. Once the cup cools the layering of notes becomes much more pronounced. We find florality to become even louder, a much more vibrant citrus acidity, and the sweetness to become more apparent.
