Introducing Julio Arotaype's SL9! This is an impressive coffee that has defined and structured florality, very complex stone fruits, and a clean and sweet finish. We've been really impressed by Peruvian SL9's recently and this is a fantastic example with many characteristics resembling delicate geshas but with loud and present acidity. We find these washed SL9's get even better with rest and this coffee will begin opening up 3-4 weeks off roast and peaking closer to week 8!
